Some boundaries of memories
have dim lights and thorns
which do not endure the absence
of this consummated loneliness.
Other memories are hidden
anonymously, perpetual oblivion
as the feasts of green and subtle
fields, soft to tears of spikenard.
This noon shines to the wind’s revolt
as laughable shadow, immaculate
and scarlet under the tears of heaven
that without ceasing to shout at me: Wake up!
writes into each drop of blood my name
flowing like an unbridled river from my memory…
Algunos linderos del recuerdo
tienen luces tenues y espinas
que no perduran la ausencia
de esta soledad consumada.
Otras memorias se esconden
anónimas, perpetuas en el olvido
como las fiestas de verde y campos
sutiles, blandos al llanto del nardo.
A la revuelta del viento brilla esta tarde
como sombra irrisoria, inmaculada
y bermeja bajo el llanto del cielo
que sin cesar de gritarme: ¡Despierta!
va escribiendo en cada gota de sangre mi nombre
fluyendo como rio desbocado desde mi memoria…
