When the droplets have departed
sailing nuances of light and shade,
there will be only infinite paths
through which I will walk unhurried
and I will go in contrast with moisture,
not wanting to hear or to understand
the heart that counts the vast beyond
a thousand grains of sand and reason
that apparently, cut in two the road
dancing to the new sun without memory.
and is that I own a single destination
willing to disappear into history
while others squander the droplets
of the road, made with unknown words…
Cuando las gotas hayan partido
navegando matices claroscuros,
solo quedaran caminos infinitos
por donde caminaré sin apuros
e iré contrastando con la humedad,
sin querer oír o entender al corazón
que cuenta, mas allá de la vastedad
de mil granos de arena y la razón
que aparentemente, corta en dos al camino
danzando al nuevo sol sin memoria.
y es que soy dueño de un solo destino
dispuesto a desaparecer en la historia
mientras otros derrochan las gotas
del camino, hecho con palabras ignotas…
